Policy of exchange and return:
The customer can return the products within 24 hours since receiving the order, the refund process is done after receiving and examining the returned product. If you paid through electronic payment methods, the amount will be refunded according to your bank requirements. Please note that the refunded amount to your account will include the paid value of the product you purchased only, and our store is not responsible for any costs of reshipping the product you do not want.
Regarding the cases in which the products are not returned
There are a number of specific cases in which a product cannot be returned:
- When you submit a return request after the specified time, which is 1 day from the date of receipt for the products.
- When the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received it.
How can I get my money back, if I receive an item that is not in the right shape or is damaged?
When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 1 day from the date of receipt. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately start the process of returning your money to you, whether you paid for the item or paid for the shipping and delivery of that item to you.
